Merchandise can only be returned with our approval, or confirmation.
Upon approval you will receive a full refund on your towels, however any freight or shipping cost ,and any credit card transaction fees will be deducted from your refund.
Any exchanges or returns can only be done within 30 days starting at the day of purchase.
There is no refund or exchange on custom made towels (eg. embroidered), closeouts, or special sales items.
